Besides being easy to convert from pants to shorts they have several features that will make them a staple of your outdoor wardrobe. The ankle cuffs are adjustable and have a zip that makes them easy to put on and take off without removing your shoes; this is especially important for zip-off pants when you wear them on a hike. The waist is adjustable so the pants will stay in place whatever the activity. The material at the knees, ankles and seat are reinforced to withstand wear and are suited to different sitting positions. The pants have one back pocket, two front pockets with zips and one zipped leg pocket.
